X-Piral supporting Skycald
Posted by: X-piral on Jan 11, 2006 - 01:43 AM
Concert News As every metalhead in Greece should know, the British Folk Metal Legends, Skyclad are returning to Greece for one more great performance, on the 28th of January....

This will be the band’s first appearance here since 1999 and shall give their Greek fans a chance to catch up with the new line up and live performances of material from “A Semblance of Normality” as posted at the band’s web site.

X-Piral are proud to announce that they will be the support act at that show. It will be a great chance to promote their music and play in the same stage with one of the groups that have always been an influence to the band. X-Piral will present some material from their debut album together with some new songs that will be included in their next release. The band will try their best and hopefully this will be a show to remember.

Info: Skyclad’s last album was “A Semblance of Normality” and is out since last year through Demolition/Dreamcatcher Records. It was mixed and mastered at Damage Inc. Studios in Italy by Dario Mollo, who had previously worked with Anathema, Cradle of Filth, Tony Martin and many others. X-Piral’s debut album “Poison Eyes”, was released by Burning Star Records last February produced, mixed and mastered by Rust’s guitarist and mainman, George Stratakis at Power Studios.
