At this time we had no idea where we were going the band or what we were going to be about.
We just wanted to rock. The whole album was done on an 8-channel tape deck with minimal outboard gear.
It was basically a shot in the dark by a bunch of young punks trying to act like musicians.
I believe there is a small hint of our destined sound in The Empire but other than that to me the album is not very good.
But if you consider how young we were and the fact that we had no idea of what we were doing when it came to
recording songs or albums then I guess it is not too bad.
