Family weekend in Terhorst (NL) to celebrate my dad's 85th birthday (24th).
My brother Ton and his wife Rita came up with the idea to celebrate it by renting a cottage and taking our dad and his girlfriend Amalia out for the weekend. We found a really nice cottage (Gerlachus Hoeve) not so far from here, in the beautiful hills of this southern corner of our country. We had a great time. We also visited a really beautiful themepark, Mondo Verde, and went on a boattrip on the Maas combined with a visit to the caves in the "Zonneberg" in Maastricht. It was fun to spend a whole weekend with the 8 of us: our dad Harry, his girlfriend Amalia, my brother Ton, his wife Rita, their sons Martijn and Sander and Nico and me:)
