Info:
Geasa have been around in one form or another and currently share members with none other than Primordial and Abaddon Incarnate. "Angels Cry" is a musical progression from the straight black fury of the demo into a metal which could only be termed classically Irish. Poignant, mournful riffs reminiscent of Primordial characterised this release. A self financed EP has now been released on Co. Cork's Acheron records, bringing with it a further progression from their last full length; there are more folk influences this time, more variety.

The name:
A geasa is a vow or obligation placed upon a person (usually a hero, such as Cuchulainn) in Irish mythology. Traditionally, the doom of the hero comes about due to his violation of such geasa, usually by accident.
