This e-book is called Christian Logue’s Savage Grace Diary. Masters of Disguise is in many ways also a continuation of the ’80s metal band Savage Grace.

He was arrested in 2005 for practicing quack medicine without a license under a false identity. He later allegedly opened a clinic in the Caribbean claiming to treat cancer patients under that same identity, using unproven alternative treatments. He also reportedly runs a porn production company, and is currently using the Savage Grace website to attempt to recruit young women to supposedly keep him company. Wrote an autobiography about his time with Savage Grace, titled “Christian Logue’s Savage Grace Diary – My Life Leading the Greatest Heavy Metal Band You Probably Never Heard of.” (Metal-Archives)

Details:

Frank Frazetta (February 9, 1928 – May 10, 2010) was an American fantasy and science fiction artist, noted for work in comic books, paperback book covers, paintings, posters, record-album covers, and other media. Some of the album covers he did was Dust - Hard Attack (1972) and Molly Hatchet - Beatin' the Odds (1980). He didn't paint any of Cirith Ungol's covers, but one of his paintings were supposed to be used on the Frost and Fire LP.

At the time we wanted a "Sword and Sorcery" theme cover called "Berserker" by Frank Frazetta, a famous sword and sorcery artist, but it was taken by the country rock band MOLLY HATCHET!

Here is a review by Robert Garven for Dust's self-titled debut album:

These guys were a great band, not sure what happened to Marc Bell's drumming in the Ramone's, but here it is great. I also like their second album [Hard Attack] better but make no mistake these guys rocked. The band I was in was inspired by Frank Frazetta's paintings on Hard Attack and wanted one on our first album, however a country rock band [Molly Hatchet] got the one we wanted entitled "Berserker" and we got "Stormbringer", which has humbled me to this day.0

Dust's second album Hard Attack is also on Greg Lindstrom's Top Thirty list.
